About Us
About Wentworth Safety
Wentworth Safety is built on a simple idea: safety systems should work in the real world, not just on paper. Led by an experienced consultant and active NVQ Level 6 Assessor, the firm takes a practical, evidence‑led approach to every project.
The focus is always the same, understand how your organisation actually operates, build systems that fit reality, and create evidence you can rely on.We provide deliverables, something you can see. Not a document for the shelf, but a clear, defensible piece of proof that your organisation is in control.
About Jonty
I’ve spent my career working with organisations that need clarity, structure, and practical support. My background spans hands‑on site work, senior consultancy roles, Health and Safety Lead, and I still assess NVQ Level 6 candidates (because I love what I do), which means I understand safety from all sides: the operational reality and the governance expectations.
I’m at my best when I’m on site, talking to supervisors, walking the job, and seeing how work actually gets done. That’s where the real insights come from. My role isn’t to overwhelm people with paperwork, it’s to help them build systems that make sense, stand up to scrutiny, and genuinely keep people safe.
Wentworth Safety is the result of years of seeing what works, what doesn’t, and what organisations really need when they’re under pressure, growing fast, or dealing with regulatory attention.
Our Vision
The goal for Wentworth Safety is straightforward: to raise the standard of practical safety governance across the UK. Not by adding more documents or complexity, but by helping organisations build systems that protect their people and strengthen their business.
We want to be the partner organisations call when they need clarity, whether they’re scaling, restructuring, facing regulatory scrutiny or would simple be helped with the workload. The long‑term vision is a consultancy known for calm, practical support, strong evidence, and work that holds up under pressure.
Safety shouldn’t be a burden. It should be a foundation that lets organisations grow with confidence. That’s the future we’re building towards.
